Sous Chef Andy Mizan made a delicious share plate for all of us hard at work. Simple yet delicious, our home made duck prosciutto (seen in the back) is phenomenal.
Is that an Italian food as I see prosciutto in the dish? How about the black ones on the right bottom, I can't recognize these. I think this menu is a new one for customers.Thanks for sharing
