Local Suppliers

Every year it seems more and more locally grown products become available to us. A few years ago it would be hard to have a local supplier supply us with enough beef to cater to 650 people. Now it seems that even at our busiest times we are able to find enough local beef, enough local produce and even local dairy to keep our cooler stocked and ready to go. I just wanted to name a few of our local suppliers as we are so appreciative of their hard work and their fantastic product. If your reading this and would like to be added to the list just shoot us an email.
Kam Lakeview Meets | Cherry Creek / Kamloops, BC | 250-828-8616
Local Beef from Kamloops and the surrounding area. They are also now featuring local bison. I estimate that Kam Lakeview Meats easily supplied us with over 400lb of beef this summer alone.
The Village Cheese Company | Armstrong, BC | 250-546-8651
So many cheeses to choose from, no matter what your looking for, this local producer is your one stop shop for anything cheese. Just recently we got to try their 9 year aged cheddar, wow.
Sweetlife Farm | Westwold, BC |
An unlimited resource of local potatoes.
Blackwell Dairy | Kamloops, BC | 250-573-4747
Have never tasted an equal when it comes to blackwell dairy.
Heartland Foods | Kamloops, BC | 250-376-6643
Heartland Quality Foods is the source for the 100 mile diet, seasonal foods for Kamloops residents wanting to reduce their ecological and carbon footprint. Heartland is about local, fresh, seasonal, sustainable and organic. It is good for us and good for the planet.

I love finding local suppliers but it often does take longer and can be more expensive! I usually use a mix of local wholesalers and then also source from overseas.
