At Your Service Catering debuted in Kamloops in 2006, with humble beginnings and big dreams. AYSC was originally a one-man show being led by Chef/Owner Shawn Harnett. Over time, Shawn soon became too busy to operate on his own, so he brought in a mix of hard working individuals who collectively transformed the one-man show into an on going production.  The company quickly developed a reputation for possessing an unique culinary vision and desire to deliver its very best every single time.

Today it is easy to see how AYSC is now the official caterer of the Western Canadian Theatre and Kamloops Symphony and has seamlessly catered several events such as the 2008 Mayors Gala, the Vanoc Committee Gala and The BC Senior Games Banquet for 3700 people. Other events such as weddings with over 200+, coporate lunches and intimate house parties.
